Overview: The Cisco Spark Board provides touchscreen capabilities in the meeting room, combined with Cisco’s sleek Video Collaboration room systems, connected up into the feature-packed Cisco Spark in the Collaboration Cloud.

Challenge: How can interaction for mobile TV change from traditional TV?

Overview:
Caracol Televisión is a Colombian private national television network, owned by the Santo Domingo Group. This app was made for Caracol watchers to allow them to have access to their favorite TV shows, plus exclusive content.
Research:
I aimed to define the project/branding direction and expectation, as well as to explore how to use the navigation to promote the company’s content. I conducted casual interviews and contextual observations with Caracol customers to look for more users insights. Google analytics and internal data were also used to identify users’ behavior.

Prototype:
I came with a type of prototype that proved to be very handful. The visual design was defined directly on the prototype (screens below). While validating different scenarios, I seated every day with one dedicated engineer, and we tweaked things and implemented them on the go. Alongside with interviews, I conducted usability tests with existing customers’ potential users.
